Founded in Singapore in 2024, AIONOS is a joint venture of InterGlobe Enterprises, the parent of IndiGo, and Assago Group. IntelliMate's agents are built on large language models and work across languages and channels. In July 2025 the company took a strategic stake in Cloud Analogy, adding a Salesforce practice.
The Adani deal, announced in October 2025 and covering Mumbai (BOM) among others, is a contracted rollout rather than a finished one, and it was won independently of the InterGlobe connection. Claims of more than 35 years of expertise refer to the parent groups, not to AIONOS itself.
