AAR press release (PR Newswire/AviTrader) - Thai Airways selects Trax eMRO and Aerostrat Aerros

Trax, the Miami maintenance software company owned by AAR, makes the eMRO system and eMobility apps used by large airlines. AAR's agentic AI procurement platform, Airvoyant, launched in 2026.
Founded in 1999 with 51 to 200 staff, it sells eMRO, the eMobility apps for technicians and Trax Cloud for smaller operators; its AI sits in Pro-series analytics. Airvoyant uses AI agents to analyse supplier quotes and rank purchase recommendations.
Cathay Pacific chose eMRO and eMobility in March 2025, Amerijet began implementation in April 2025, and JetBlue widened its agreement in July 2025. Delta, Air Canada, JetBlue and Virgin Atlantic are among Airvoyant's launch partners, helping shape it rather than running it in production.
AAR also owns Aerostrat, the Seattle maker of the Aerros heavy-maintenance planning software, which it bought in August 2025 and placed in the Trax suite.

AAR press release (PR Newswire/AviTrader) - Thai Airways selects Trax eMRO and Aerostrat Aerros
Enterprise MRO management system covering the full maintenance lifecycle for airlines and MRO organisations, including airworthiness management, maintenance planning, production control, materials management, and technical records.
Large airlines and MRO providers require an enterprise-grade system to manage the full complexity of aircraft maintenance operations across thousands of technicians, hundreds of aircraft types, and multiple regulatory environments.
Mobile application suite for Trax eMRO users, enabling maintenance technicians to access work orders, task cards, parts requests, and inspection records from handheld devices in the hangar or on the ramp.
Maintenance technicians working on aircraft need access to their work assignments and technical documentation without returning to a fixed workstation, slowing workflow and introducing transcription errors from paper.
Cloud-hosted deployment option for the Trax eMRO platform, enabling airlines and MRO operators to run the full eMRO suite on Trax-managed cloud infrastructure rather than on-premises server environments.
Smaller airlines and MRO operators benefit from enterprise MRO software but lack the IT infrastructure to host on-premises deployments. Cloud delivery removes infrastructure barriers and reduces ongoing IT operational cost.
Profile data from the Aerostack companies register; deployment records from the verified register. Evidence grades: T1 first-party confirmation, T2 credible reporting. See Our approach for how records are graded.
Aerostack tracks AI deployments across airports and airlines, with the published evidence behind each record. Photography is real aviation imagery. Record thumbnails may show the named airport or airline; other photographs do not.
