At Azul the programme spans revenue management, network planning, pricing and maintenance planning, and Azul's planning lead credited it with breaking down silos, speaking to Aviation Week in February 2026.
Azul reports revenue gains of 3 to 4 million US dollars a week and about 2 million on the network side; those are the airline's own figures. Its Chapter 11 restructuring paused part of the maintenance-planning work, which Azul intends to revisit. Talks with other airlines are the company's claim, and none is named.
