INPUTSOFT, a Ukrainian company founded in 2021, makes rostering and real-time resource planning software for ground handlers, using optimisation algorithms with AI-assisted scenarios.
Led by co-founder Anastasiia Smyk, it has 11 to 50 staff and more than 420,000 US dollars of funding, including from Techstars, plus a reported EU innovation grant. A proof of concept with IAG at one unnamed airport saved 128 planner hours a month by the company's account; whether it became a contract is not known.

INPUTSOFT ground-operations crew rostering in the 2025 IAGi accelerator
INPUTSOFT, which optimises crew rostering for airport ground operations, was one of 29 startups IAG selected for its 2025 IAGi accelerator, Future Travel Experience reported in August 2025.
A software suite for ground handling companies, airports, and airlines covering AI-based resource planning, staff rostering, and real-time operational planning. It automates shift schedules, flight-linked task assignments, and roster generation, and provides real-time updates to staff via mobile app when flight schedules change.
The problem it addresses
Manual and paper-based resource planning for ground handling is inefficient and slow to adapt to flight schedule changes. The suite automates scheduling and rostering to reduce labour costs and improve on-time performance.
Key features
Resource Planning module, AI-based what-if scenario planning for shift scheduling
Staff Rostering module, automated roster generation from flight schedule inputs
Real-time Planning module, satellite data integration for live flight updates and staff notifications
iOS and Android app (OnSite Ops) for staff schedule access and task acceptance
2 more features
Cloud-based or on-premise deployment options
Unlimited user and employee accounts
Technical specifications (5)
AI and machine learning algorithms for resource scheduling
Satellite data integration for real-time flight tracking
Cloud SaaS or on-premise deployment
NFC tag and QR code support for GSE data collection
A software suite for ground handling data collection and financial management, covering flight services tracking, ground service equipment (GSE) control, and automated invoicing. Collects real-time operational data on all services provided during aircraft ground handling and automates billing to airlines.
The problem it addresses
Ground handlers struggle to accurately track services rendered, control GSE utilisation, and invoice airlines efficiently without manual data entry. The suite digitises data collection and automates invoicing to reduce errors and administrative workload.
Key features
Flight Services module, real-time data collection of all ramp and terminal services linked to flights
GSE Control module, tracks ground service equipment availability and predicts maintenance needs
Invoicing module, automated billing and cost calculation for ground handling services
Customisable dashboards for operational data visualisation
1 more feature
NFC tag and QR code data capture for GSE operations
Technical specifications (3)
Web platform with Android and iOS app access
NFC and QR code hardware integration for GSE tracking
Profile data from the Aerostack companies register; deployment records from the verified register. Evidence grades: T1 first-party confirmation, T2 credible reporting. See Our approach for how records are graded.
Aerostack companies register
Aerostack tracks AI deployments across airports and airlines, with the published evidence behind each record. Photography is real aviation imagery. Record thumbnails may show the named airport or airline; other photographs do not.
