Predictive Maintenance

Comply365, of Beloit, Wisconsin, makes software for managing airline manuals, safety reporting and training records, now including AI analysis of safety reports.

Founded in 2007 with 51 to 200 staff, it sells ContentManager365, SafetyManager365 and TrainingManager365. In August 2025 it bought the Berlin start-up Beams, whose CoAnalyst AI finds risk patterns in free-text reports. Its customer count is given as 350 in some records and 450 in others, and no named airline deployment of the AI has been verified.

No verified deployments yet

Comply365 is profiled in the companies register, but no deployment has been verified against published evidence. Records are added as evidence is reviewed and graded.

ContentManager365

Digital content management platform for airline operational documentation, enabling creation, distribution, and revision management of manuals, procedures, and regulatory publications to crew and ground staff on mobile devices.

  • Offline access for in-flight use
1 more feature
  • Regulatory revision audit trail
Technical specifications (2)

SafetyManager365

Aviation Safety Management System (SMS) platform covering hazard identification, occurrence reporting, risk assessment, investigation management, and safety performance monitoring for airlines and ground service organisations.

Key features
  • Occurrence and hazard reporting workflows
  • Risk matrix and assessment tools
  • Investigation management and tracking
  • Safety performance indicator dashboards
1 more feature
  • Regulatory reporting integration
Certifications and approvals

Key features
  • Aviation-specific recurrency and expiry tracking
  • Course assignment and completion management
  • Qualification record storage and audit trail
  • Automated recurrency expiry alerting
1 more feature
  • Regulatory compliance reporting

Profile data from the Aerostack companies register; deployment records from the verified register. Evidence grades: T1 first-party confirmation, T2 credible reporting. See Our approach for how records are graded.

Aerostack tracks AI deployments across airports and airlines, with the published evidence behind each record. Photography is real aviation imagery. Record thumbnails may show the named airport or airline; other photographs do not.
