TAV Technologies, the Istanbul technology arm of TAV Airports, part of Groupe ADP, makes airport operations, analytics and passenger software.
Founded in 2005, it sells the AirportCockpit operations platform, a flight-delay prediction algorithm, a 360 digital airport platform for passengers and AI pre-ordering for food and retail. It says its tools run at more than 20 airports, mostly within TAV's network. Ankara Esenboga (ESB) has contracted AirportCockpit.

Machine learning model that predicts flight delays from schedule, weather, and congestion data to enable proactive resource reallocation.
Unplanned flight delays cascade through gate assignments, ground crew rosters, baggage handling, and connecting passenger flows, generating significant operational costs and service failures. Airlines and airport operators traditionally rely on reactive measures that only engage once a delay has already materialized. The Flight Delay Prediction Algorithm addresses this by forecasting delay probability before departure, giving operations teams the lead time needed for proactive resource reallocation, adjusting gate assignments, notifying ground handlers, and managing passenger expectations before the disruption escalates.
Passenger pre-order platform for airport food, beverage, and retail with ML-driven personalisation and concession workflow integration.
Airport food, beverage, and retail revenue is heavily dependent on impulse purchases that are lost when passengers queue, rush to gates, or are unaware of available offerings. Operators struggle to match product recommendations to individual passenger profiles, and generic promotions yield low conversion. The AI-Powered Pre-Order platform enables personalised, pre-departure ordering that captures revenue before passengers reach the terminal, increasing basket size through ML-driven upsell and cross-sell recommendations tailored to each traveller.
Integrated airport operations platform that unifies flight, resource, and passenger flow data with real-time ML-based alerting.
Passengers navigating airports encounter fragmented, paper-based, and inconsistent touchpoints, from check-in queues and printed boarding passes to manual wayfinding and analogue retail browsing. This friction erodes passenger satisfaction, increases dwell-time unpredictability, and limits the airport's ability to influence the end-to-end journey. The 360 Digital Airport Platform replaces these manual touchpoints with a unified digital journey spanning door-to-gate, giving passengers real-time information, seamless self-service, and personalised guidance across every channel they use.
Executive analytics dashboard aggregating KPIs across airport operational domains with AI-driven trend analysis.
Airport operations centres manage dozens of simultaneous data streams, flight movements, gate status, ground handling progress, baggage belt loads, security queue lengths, and passenger flow metrics, across systems that do not naturally communicate with each other. This fragmented visibility forces operations controllers to context-switch between dashboards, increasing the risk of missed alerts and slow responses to developing disruptions. AirportCockpit consolidates this operational picture into a single command interface, giving airport teams real-time situational awareness and the context needed for coordinated decision-making.

Airport technology spending is driven by rising passenger traffic, airline punctuality demands, and regulatory pressure to reduce operational costs.
As the captive technology vendor within the Groupe ADP ecosystem, TAV Technologies benefits from guaranteed deployment opportunities at TAV-operated airports while also competing for third-party contracts.
Confirmed customer airports include Ankara Esenboğa, Tbilisi International, Almaty International, Medina Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz, Monastir Habib Bourguiba, Enfidha-Hammamet, Skopje Alexander the Great, Sarajevo International, Zagreb Airport, and Gazipaşa–Alanya, a combined network of more than 10 international airports across Turkey, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, North Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Croatia.
AI-driven resource scheduling has reduced idle staff time, improved gate utilisation, and increased on-time departure rates across the TAV Airports network.
The integrated AMS–RMS stack enables airport operators to achieve real-time situational awareness across all operational domains from a single command interface.
The RMS directly reduces gate and stand conflicts by fusing real-time feeds from check-in, baggage, and security systems into a single operational picture for airport coordinators.
The Baggage Reconciliation System meets IATA Resolution 753 requirements for 100% baggage tracking, reducing mishandled baggage rates and associated passenger compensation costs.
Across the TAV Airports network, the combined systems support the processing of over 100 million passengers per year.
