Quantum Systems
Quantum Systems, a Munich company, builds AI-enabled reconnaissance drones and MOSAIC, a platform for controlling unmanned systems from different makers. It raised 1.2 billion US dollars in July 2026.
Founded in 2015, its round valued it at about 8 billion US dollars and was co-led by Blackstone, Noteus, Airbus and Advent. In December 2025 it signed to supply the Bundeswehr's successor to the ALADIN drone, though reported figures for the deal differ. It bought SpleenLab, FERNRIDE, AirRobot and Nordic Unmanned UK in 2025. It is a defence supplier rather than a civil aviation one.
