Arcube

Smart Airports

Arcube, a UK start-up founded in 2022, lets airlines turn passengers' loyalty points into personalised offers straight after a flight, using its own personalisation and dynamic-pricing models.

It raised a 1.5 million US dollar seed round in February 2025, co-led by Fuel Ventures and Oxford Capital, and has up to ten staff. Its second product aggregates ancillary suppliers so airlines can add them without long integrations.

An Etihad Airways pilot from April 2022 generated 1.6 million US dollars of extra revenue from 1,300 passengers and redeemed 16.5 million miles, figures reported by Fortune; the two later launched a digital collectibles range. The pipeline of more than 14 airlines is the company's claim.

No verified deployments yet

Arcube is profiled in the companies register, but no deployment has been verified against published evidence. Records are added as evidence is reviewed and graded.

Ancillary Aggregation Platform

A single-integration API, widget, and white-label platform that connects airlines to thousands of global ancillary suppliers, enabling airlines to sell 16+ ancillary products (car rentals, eSIMs, eVisas, lounge access, fast-track security, airport transfers, baggage protection, carbon offsets, meet and greet, travel insurance, concerts, and more) across booking flow, post-booking, and post-flight touchpoints.

The problem it addresses

Airlines face lengthy integration timelines (8 to 12+ months per ancillary supplier) and poor personalisation of ancillary offers, resulting in underutilised loyalty points and missed ancillary revenue from the majority of passengers who fly infrequently.

Key features
  • Single API integration unlocking 16+ ancillary product categories
  • Deployment as API, widget, or white-label
  • AI-driven dynamic pricing and personalisation engine
  • Five touchpoints: booking flow, manage my booking, confirmation email, post-landing SMS, pre-return-flight WhatsApp
2 more features
  • Wingman AI tool for data analysis and actionable ancillary advice
  • Post-flight loyalty point conversion into personalised ancillaries
Technical specifications (3)
  • PSS and loyalty system integration capability
  • Transaction-based revenue model (4 to 9% fee per redemption)
  • Real-time data ingestion from airline systems and market sources

Passenger Intelligence Platform

A post-flight AI analytics platform that analyses passenger travel history, loyalty point balances, and real-time market data (including airport queue times and competitor pricing) to generate hyper-personalised ancillary offers delivered to passengers immediately after a flight, incentivising repeat bookings.

The problem it addresses

Airlines lose loyalty and repeat bookings from occasional travellers (the majority of passengers) who hold idle loyalty points too low to redeem through traditional programs. The post-flight phase is underutilised for ancillary sales and retention.

Key features
  • Post-flight personalised ancillary offer engine
  • Converts idle loyalty miles into ancillary redemptions
  • Hybrid AI model analysing 600+ data factors per passenger
  • Increases average order value and repeat booking rates
1 more feature
  • Targets passengers who fly a few times per year
Technical specifications (2)
  • Analyses 600+ signals including travel history, point transactions, real-time airport queue data, and competitor pricing
  • Self-optimising dynamic pricing algorithm

Profile data from the Aerostack companies register; deployment records from the verified register. Evidence grades: T1 first-party confirmation, T2 credible reporting. See Our approach for how records are graded.

Aerostack tracks AI deployments across airports and airlines, with the published evidence behind each record. Photography is real aviation imagery. Record thumbnails may show the named airport or airline; other photographs do not.
