Sama, Qatar Airways' digital-human cabin-crew assistant built with UneeQ, made its debut at ITB Berlin on 5 March 2024, according to UneeQ, which also lists a launch on Instagram.
Fast Company Middle East reported on 19 November 2024 that Sama speaks English, with up to 12 languages due later that year, and passes complicated questions to a live agent.
