SAS has used Microsoft Azure Machine Learning to support fraud detection in its EuroBonus loyalty programme and improve fresh-food demand planning. Microsoft documented both applications in 2020. The case study establishes their use, but does not provide independently verified financial savings or fraud-reduction figures.
