Vanderlande
Vanderlande, the Dutch baggage-handling group owned by Toyota Industries, uses robotics and machine vision in autonomous baggage vehicles and robotic bag loading.
Founded in 1949 with 5,001 to 10,000 staff in Veghel, it builds conventional sorters, conveyors and storage alongside its AI-related lines: FLEET autonomous vehicles that route each bag individually, BAGLOAD robotic loading with Mujin robots and Zivid 3D cameras, and Baggage Vision. It has acquired Siemens Logistics outside the US.
Oslo (OSL) was BAGLOAD's first deployment and also runs FLEET, while Rotterdam The Hague (RTM) has run FLEET since 2018. It won the baggage system for Warsaw's new CPK airport in October 2025. Oslo's new Terminal 1 baggage system went to BEUMER.
