LG CNS, the Seoul IT services company, has been contracted by Korea Airports Corporation to plan agentic AI for airport operations and safety management.

Founded in 1987, it is drawing up the agentic AI operations and safety masterplan for Gimhae (PUS). The register holds little else on its aviation work.

Aerostack holds limited verified information on LG CNS. This profile covers what the register can confirm and will be extended as evidence is reviewed.

Korea Airports Corporation AI master plan with LG CNS

Gimhae International Airport · LG CNS

LG CNS has won Korea Airports Corporation's contract to draw up an AI master plan for its 14 airports, Gimpo, Gimhae and Jeju among them, the company announced on 5 August 2026. The work runs from AI strategy consulting through AI and data architecture and governance to proofs of concept for core tasks.

Its flagship is an agentic-AI safety service. In LG CNS's example, field staff record an incident by voice, and an AI agent drafts the report and guides the response.

LG CNS says about 50 AI tasks will be identified and tested. This is a planning contract, and none of the services has yet been reported in operation.
