Jeppesen ForeFlight
Jeppesen ForeFlight, formed from Boeing's Jeppesen and ForeFlight businesses, is now an independent aviation software company owned by Thoma Bravo. Its new AI line, Airflow, uses agents to handle tasks such as crew rostering and disruption recovery.
Thoma Bravo completed the 10.55 billion US dollar purchase in November 2025. The company's core products are navigation data, the FliteDeck Pro electronic flight bag and the ForeFlight Mobile app. Airflow was unveiled in July 2026 and its first 150 agents went live in October, and a connector linking ForeFlight Mobile to ChatGPT is in preview. Chief executive Brad Surak warns that general AI is confident but often wrong.
Korean Air chose Jeppesen Dispatch for its combined fleet of more than 230 aircraft in May 2026, after a 24-month evaluation. Airflow's early airline adopters are not named.
