Predicting the view
The operational problem
Passengers who want a view pick a side of the aircraft by guesswork, and an airline that charges for seat selection has little to offer beyond legroom and position.
What the evidence reports
flynas said on 21 January 2026 that Find My View uses machine learning and predictive AI models to analyse the airline's flight paths and identify sights visible from each side of the aircraft, such as landmarks, coastlines, mountains, sunrises and sunsets, allowing for flight time, direction and weather. Passengers enter their departure and arrival cities, check availability and click a window seat to see its view. Yara AlMashharawi, head of marketing and branding, said passengers can "deliberately choose the view you want, powered by AI".
Operational significance
The service turns seat selection into something passengers may pay for on its own merits, using AI to create a new reason to choose a seat.
flynas has not published usage, accuracy or seat revenue figures, and the service sits on a campaign site rather than in the booking flow.
