EgyptAir selects SitecoreAI to personalise its website, app and social media
EgyptAir chose Sitecore's AI platform in October 2026 to personalise content across its website, app and social channels, with agentic AI features for content and campaigns. Implementation has not begun. A separate Salesforce customer platform was reported in July 2026.
EgyptAir is expanding its fleet and wants its digital channels to keep pace with passengers who expect live information wherever they look, its chairman said when announcing the Sitecore choice.
The Egyptian Gazette reported in July 2026 that EgyptAir had partnered with Salesforce on a platform to manage customer interactions across channels, starting with the website. That report does not describe an AI function.

The operational problem
An airline's website, app and social media each carry content that must be kept current and relevant to each passenger, in more than one language.
What the evidence reports
TradeArabia reported on 12 October 2026 that EgyptAir had selected SitecoreAI, a cloud platform combining AI, data and content management, to personalise content across its website, mobile app and social media. Its agentic AI features help teams create content, adapt messages across languages and platforms, and improve campaign performance. Arcsen is expected to lead implementation. Chairman and chief executive Capt. Ahmed Adel said: "We live in a world where our passengers demand real-time information, no matter the channel."
Operational significance
The choice commits EgyptAir to AI in how it presents itself to passengers, starting with content and marketing.
Evidence still needed
This is a selection. No implementation date has been given and nothing is yet live.

The Egyptian Gazette reported on 26 July 2026 that EgyptAir had partnered with Salesforce to introduce a digital platform to manage customer interactions across multiple communication channels.
According to the paper, the first phase would begin with the airline's website and later expand to mobile applications. This is reported and has not been verified.

Editorial assessment
EgyptAir's documented AI is at the decision stage: a platform chosen, not yet in use.
The first personalised content on its channels, and any measure of its effect, would show the choice turning into practice.
