George GPT-based enquiry chatbot at the European Flight Academy

In October 2024 the European Flight Academy launched George, the Lufthansa Group's first fully GPT-based bot, to answer questions about pilot training on its website at any time, according to the Lufthansa Group's Innovation Runway site.
The group says George eases the load on a commercial team that handles about 1,600 enquiries a month.
